- Documents and files - the texts and materials you send for translation/editing
- Billing information - name, address, organisation number (when invoicing)
No tracking: I do not use cookies, Google Analytics, or other tracking tools on the website. Your visits are not logged.
3. Why Do I Collect This Data?
I process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Respond to inquiries Legal basis: Legitimate interest - to answer your questions and provide quotes.
- Perform language services Legal basis: Contract performance - to deliver the services you ordered.
- Billing and accounting Legal basis: Legal obligation - accounting law requirements for archiving.
4. How Is Your Data Used?
- To respond to your inquiry and provide a quote
- To perform translation, editing, or terminology services
- To invoice for services rendered
- To meet accounting law requirements (7 years archiving)
I NEVER use your data for: Marketing, newsletters, selling to third parties, or anything other than what you requested.

- Limited access: Only I have access to your data
- EU-based storage: All servers and services within the EU
